To encourage future growth and improve service levels to our customers, PDE has undergone an intense restructuring process, enabling the company to make better use of the extensive skills resources available internally.  The improvements include the reassignment of the Director's management responsibilities, with Colin Younge now having responsibility for Finance and Resources, Seamus Murray will oversee the Sales and Marketing activity, while Mike Pye will manage Operations and Personnel.  In addition to this, Adrian Watson has been promoted to Associate Director, with management responsibilities which include Quality, Training and Standards.

PDE are also pleased to announce that two employees from the Building Services sector of the company recently achieved promotion, due to their hard work and commitment to achieving customer requirements.
