In addition to its
areas of specialist expertise, PDE can provide a wide range of general
engineering services. These range from transfer of customer data
to a CAD environment, to complete product development and project
management.
CAD modelling software is used
to create realistic rendered images for product visualisation to enable
aesthetic approval, as well as generation of data for rapid prototyping
and component manufacture. Special purpose machinery is designed
working from initial customer specification, through to complete design
and detailing of mechanical, electrical/ electronic hardware, control
and software systems.
