Project Design Engineers (Ltd) provides a comprehensive Project Management service which offers flexibility and scope of services to suit each individual client.

For some clients this may only include the feasibility and conceptual design phases. Whilst for others, Project Management would span the complete project, from conceptual stage, through design and installation, to full on-site commissioning and handover.

Project Team Structure

Once a project team has been established, it is co-ordinated by a Project Manager who has overall responsibility to ensure the project meets with all the client’s expectations of cost, schedule, safety and performance.  He/she provides the client with a single point of contact within PDE for the duration of the project.

Integrated Management System

PDE operate an Integrated Management System (IMS) encompassing BS EN ISO9001, BS EN ISO140001  and OHSAS 18001.  The IMS has been developed to ensure that all personnel perform their Engineering Design and Project Management tasks, safely, consistently and efficiently.

PDE’s experienced team of engineers endeavour to work with the client to ensure projects are completed both on-time and within budget.
